Your Role: Driving Success and Innovation
As a TT Lead, you'll spearhead transformative activities, ushering in new products into large-scale manufacturing. You’ll lead dynamic meetings with key stakeholders and customers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
Visionary Planning: Craft strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals to drive program scope and success.
Risk Leadership: Navigate and escalate risks while tracking milestones to ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Impact: Enhance communication across teams, influencing stakeholders and driving growth.
Regulatory Expertise: Provide vital support for CMC activities, aiding customer regulatory filings for development and manufacturing.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with technical teams to assess risks and tackle project challenges using cutting-edge tools.
Customized Strategies: Develop PPQ strategies unique to each program, in partnership with stakeholders and customers.
Continuous Excellence:
Customer and Team Liaison: Serve as the technical contact for customers and regulatory teams, driving efficiency and excellence.
Global Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and champion global best practices for TT and PPQ strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational and Industry Expertise: Master's degree in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or related field, with 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
Project Management Mastery: Proven management skills, deep understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with an edge in Cell Culture or Protein Purification.
Strategic Evaluation: Ability to navigate complex matters and engage key stakeholders effectively.
